MOTHER NATURE’S NATURAL HEALING
GIFTS - A-Z OF EVERYDAY FOODS AND THEIR AMAZING HEALTH BENEFITS
Cherries have been enjoyed for many Centuries and were a very pleasing addition to the dining tables of Roman Conquerors, Chinese Noblemen and the Greek civilians.
The common Cherry Tree’s botanical name is Prunus Avium. Cultivation of the Cherry Tree dates back to 300 B.C. which makes it one of the oldest cultivated fruits. Cherries are members of the Rosaceae family are a relative of stone fruit varieties such as Apricots, Almonds, Peaches and Plums.
They are a seasonal fruit and here in Australia were often considered a treat as part of Christmas celebration foods. The Cherry Tree bursts into bloom with an abundance of pinkish flowers and many countries often celebrate a “Cherry Blossom” Festival. Within a few months after blossoming, we have the pleasure of eating fresh, beautifully coloured Cherries.
There are over 50 varieties of Cherries commercially grown in Victoria alone; and a few of the most popular Merchant, Bing, Stella and Sweetheart.

Thankyou for this most welcolme information on the humble cherry.
It is one of my most favourite summer fruits, and now I can enjoy them all the more knowing that beneath its ruby red skin, lies a plethora of nutrientients that are good for me.
Keep up the good work, and to steal a line from you……

Hey, my hubby and I really like your blog.
We’re both bloggers ourselves, and he insisted
that I message you.
We used to spend a bunch of time writing blog posts,
giving are all, but we weren’t making much moolah,
hehe. That is until we found this site: http://greurl.com/guide
The guide (which is free for the next day or two I think)
taught us how to actually turn our blog posts into
COLD HARD CASH. Cool, right?!
It took a couple days to get a hang of it,
http://greurl.com/guide
but now we’re making $5,000+ A MONTH…EACH!
Give it a look, I hope it helps you as much
as it did us.
