This week we would like to introduce you to ALFALFA SPROUTS AND THEIR HEALTH BENEFITS.

Alfalfa Sprouts are such an excellent source of vitamins and minerals and are known as a “living food”.    After they are harvested the vitamin content continues to increase.  Most other fruits and vegetables, after picking, start to lose their vitamins.  Sprouts only need clean water to grow and do not need light, the use of soil, pesticides or fungicides during their growth period, which is an advantage to our health straight away.
